For freshers its okay Few people are friendly

Recently management got changed and HR policies are pretty worse. No retaion policy. Exit interview is a practice of standup comedy. Very mean minded HR thinking about experience joiners.

Few employees are supportive. Good access to senior management at plant. Management is supportive when employees are in distress. Salary/ benefits are good and at par with industry. Township is good. Good terminal benefits. Openness to learning.

Inadequate medical infrastructure. Nepotism. Some people have the tendency to 'stab from back'. Poor promotion policy. No functional training is given as per requirement. No scope for sponsoring higher studies. Discrimination with old and sincere employees. Weak HR policies. No sanctioned vacancies in any department. No appreciationfor real good work. No transparency in recruitment of experienced persons. On line systems are complicated. So many DGMs, GMs, SGMs, CGMs, very uncommon in industries. Very high attrition rate.
