Product training and skill development training is well taken care in this organisation. Very few companies will focus on such activities. Hafele India is one among.

Dislikes

Lot of Partiality within the Team and most of the Key positions are occupied by Mumbai people and they always support to localite. HOD will always supportive to their chamchas only. A big job threats here in this organisation. HR always support to their favorites only.

Join any other vertical apart from Lighting

Never join Lighting vertical in Hafele as they will give you huge samples to carry and you will feel ashamed to carry it to the market place. Lighting vertical is like North Korea - Dictatorship. Don’t spoil your career by joining Lighting vertical.
