I worked in Hafed sugar Mill on contractual basis. Every thing were good, but if a employee is physically fit after attening the age of 60+ due to government rules, he is not allow to continue his job. In my opinion it is not justice.

1.During my stay Payment of salary was not at fixed date. 2. Colony house needs to be repaired from long time.
