I have been a part of GyFTR since 7 years and the working culture is really exceptional here with cordial staff members and good facilities. Our office/team meetings give new knowledge/ideas everyday. Also, the company has very talented senior managers which will definitely give you lots of learnings to improve your skills in every field you work; for instance, gaining knowledge from Training manager, Team manager, IT Manager, Operation manager etc. The company policies are not that harsh and can be easily managed. The best part is i can save my money while purchasing gift vouchers from GyFTR both as an employee and customer. Very good and fast paced company. Seniors are very helpful and supportive but push you like crazy to bring out the best in you. Over all performance-oriented. There are very few dislikes..to be very true I think the training part has to be more re-defined and more specific as the entire process is vast and what I see from my perspective, people need to be more trained on doing whats right on the system rather than exploring the loop holes of the Company.

I went for the interview some time ago in this company. CS manager and head toom my interview after HR screening and then the HR told me that it went well and I have to go the main corporate office for the final round of interview. When I went there then HR head took the final round and told we will let you know. I waited for 2 daysbut did not receive any update. I called HR and texted her but did nit receive any response, later on she email me stating that we have not selected you. I do not undrestand that the role of HR head taking final round as my interview with operations manager and head was cleared along with hr screening.
