Most of the people are very friendly our seniors are very kind and have patience with our silly mistakes.I learn a lot by working everyday it refreshes my concepts also as i love mathematics i do it happily our other members are coming up with new idea and ways to maintain the work flow as smooth as possible with lesser efforts.

Dislikes

Nothing to dislike as such the only thing i would say is the salary as it is very less for the amount of passion and metal work thought process i put in to make an answer as simple yet complete for the students to understand and love mathematics.

The targets provided are too much and almost impossible to achieve. They don't pay attention to the quality of work. They find excuses to deduct salaries when the employee has exceeded the target. They stop providing work and they will blame you for not achieving the target. There severe lack of understanding in the management. Issues like sheet not working and work portal not working are blamed on the employee and no one does anything to help and just say that targets need to be completed.
