Most of the people are very friendly our seniors are very kind and have patience with our silly mistakes.I learn a lot by working everyday it refreshes my concepts also as i love mathematics i do it happily our other members are coming up with new idea and ways to maintain the work flow as smooth as possible with lesser efforts.

Dislikes

Nothing to dislike as such the only thing i would say is the salary as it is very less for the amount of passion and metal work thought process i put in to make an answer as simple yet complete for the students to understand and love mathematics.

Inefficiency in selecting team leaders, those who have no knowledge whatsoever to the subject are leading SMEs who have much higher if not expertise in the subject.
