Here you are given all sort of work like they wont see if you are new to teaching field. You will get all the experience of supervising a board exam to taking and preparing students for interschool competitions. They provide with the opportunity and dont under estimate you.

There is no job security....without any reason you are removed from the school. There is no permanence since 2007. No Teacher gets permanency despite you have given your 4-5 years to the institute. They will make some or the other excuse and wont give you permanency. Sometimes the work pressure is too much...you need to take all 10 lectures because so many proxy is there.. Work Details

It was some times too much loaded when you cant sit from 9 am to 3 pm apart from two break. Continuously speaking with such huge strength of class nonstop affects your health.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)
