Job security is like it is in private firm. If you are skilled then no need to worry about job security. Management is very good and cooperative. Working environment is good. If you are willing to work hard you are most welcome. I am here since 11 years.

Dislikes

There is nothing to dislike. Workload is much because it's always looking to grow and adapt to new aspects in teaching learning process. If you are willing to always learn and move ahead then you'll not feel the workload.
