As a graduate engineer i learned lot of things about infrastructure projects,there is all people are supportive and encourage for beginners if any wrong thing done by freshers they can solve and teach as a team members,good place to learning.some people are very creative and most talented they can solve typical problems from the site very easily & effectively.

GVPR Engineers ltd is a infrastructure company so there is not much of salary hikes but every year they can increase as per their interest or contact with the people,politics are common in every industry as well as in this company also some people playing for higher positions,if they like our work they can choose to working long years,otherwise there is no job security,career growth good for experienced peoples....Read More
