This one of waste company I have saw in my experience. If you go on leave to your home the company will hold your salary for that month and after resignation also you didn't get your final settlement.

Good work environment and culture teammates are supportive and the management is transparent there isa huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling company policies are good appraisals are fair and y good salary hike andbonus ever year

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues salary is decent but career growth is slow there is a e of 2years before which you cannot resign on the job training is not given to new joinees

The job is quite interesting I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session I learnt everything on the job I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team

Dear All , I strongly recommend to join this company . I worked as safety manager past 3 years and My management support me alot to develop the safety standards. I left the company due to personal reasons . I realy wait for the change once again if any opportunity given to me .

The company is not good, there is no fnf in the company, first salary is after 2 months, there is no support from senior staff, duty is 12 hours,bad accomodation and food there is no salary even after notice period, if you stay at home during salary date or time, you will not get money and not provide el and cl this is company popicy

Work environment is too bad, even Chairman language or behaviour with other people is unprofessional, job security is like playing with a knife, F&F settlement...forget about that they don't care once u leave the company( they don't care even when u r in company that's other thing).

The projects of this company are progressing at a slow pace, and the employees are harassed by putting unnecessary pressure and constant HR and HO management pressure to resign without any apparent reason. Contractors delay payment and do not clear dues to employees. This work culture creates a difficult environment and impacts bothmorale and productivity.
