Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?

Get to learn new things if you're a fresher and has a Great interest in hospitality. On the other hand u get some aviation knowledge as well. Teammates and managers are supportive and helpful!

Working hours are little bit longer according to me and salary is lesser.

Because of long working hours I don't get to spend much time with my family. When I'm back home from work I directly go to sleep as I feel tired standing for whole 8-9 hours.
