There is no place for hardwork and Honesty, there is only place for fake KPIs, torturing employees for 24 hrs . Comparing one employee to other and insulting them for there work,. Earlier it was allowed to go out during break time but they ended the break time as well, I cannot go out during my shift and do overtime forcibly, the seniors tell 100 things about every small mistake.

Work pressure too much and TL auditor are so rude. TL mark absent despite I having all the documents sick leave or any exams. And they said " If you aren't able to do this job Resign" aggressive language. Manager never listen us but he knows all the dirty behaviour of TL and AM. They cancel our week off and pressurized for Over time 12 hours shift. And say If you can't resign now I don't need You.
