Hi Guys, This company especially the Accounts Department is very worst. This Head of department a un knowledge of Accounting. But this management completely dependent of him. He treats colleagues as slave. We oppose to speech him means he disturb with my works. and also wrong impression he creates to the management about to us. Management has not considered who work sincerely and who criticizes others. suddenly head of the department told me and resign my job within two days. by that head of the department as me itself last two years four members job dismiss. They selected alternate person of my work and not proper prior intimation me. They told two days you come and handover your responsibilities to new person. That i couldn't tolerate it so i resigned my job. I asked my arrears to HR their told you didn't relive your job properly and didn't handover the responsibilities to new person said your head of the department. so couldn't release your arrears. That person told management as don't release last working salary, bonus & settlements to me. I send a mail to chairman sir request to release my arrears but i receive reply mail from head of the department as intimidation mail for take legal action of me. This Company must need you means you have no problem otherwise you will be suffer, so please decide to join this organization carefully....Read More
