Compensation is not that great. But, you get value in this organization.

Work Details

It was amazing to start my career with Gurucul. The people around and work culture is so helpful to set right goals in my career.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem. Im not sure what to do Can you guys suggest me
