No office politics, good colleagues. Daily bday parties by the people. Good for freshers.

Job security - Excellent

Dislikes

Poor Management, no one wants to take the responsibility of thing. No escalation matrix for technical or non technical work. No IT vibe. People use nativ language in office premises.

It was amazing to start my career with Gurucul. The people around and work culture is so helpful to set right goals in my career.
