Managing Director of the group is dynamic. is good. Board of Director Always promote employees if any one wants to do better out of framework .

Dislikes

Co-ordination problem. Top Executives of the Management does not maintain team work.

I always enjoyed liberty of work through HR. Management respects the work done by me in maintaining Industrial Relations. Challenging work place due to interference of senior Management officials in my work.
