Senior Contracts Engineer/ Quantity surveyor, looking & dealing with all project contracts & quantity surveying, dealing with junior QS, invoicing done on time, variation & claims, subcontractors invoicing, Preparing COR report ie cost optimizaton report.

Compensation is not there and also carrier growth is not at all. the work pressure is very high. some time I have to work 22 hours also Managers do not value for engineers .

Good food and accommodation. Good and supportive site team. Job sequrity. No job pressure even during pressure time good and supportive colleagues. Best department (only site)

Dislikes

Poor management especially Quality management. No response for your email not attending your telephone even they will not call back. Even working long period you will not get any financial growth untill otherwise you know how to play politics games.
