Nothing just work like animals under management, need to work more then office hrs.

Worked for more then year but I know how I passed those toughest days , lot of office politics by the management favourite employee, torturing to the new joinee, forcing them to leave the company. Management is not taking any single action on their favourite employee they just want sales sales sale, they are not open to listen thenew joinee, If you want to stay in the company you have to follow your seniors and doing their personal work at your costs.
