GACL is Govt of Gujarat promoted Public limited company but still it is working Independent under the guidance of Managing Director . Company is facing direct competition in open market with private companies. The HR policy is good bend of work life balance and equal opportunity to learn . Company has good potential to expand business .

Dislikes

GACL has many project in pipelines but could have picked up early entry opportunity in market.

Work Details

I am responsible for HR , IR , Training and Development and Administration of Vadodara Complex and Dahej Complex.
