Keeping the negative aspects of job, there is a chance of actually bringing some positive changes in work culture.

There are some serious area of improvement: 1. HR team needs some serious upgrade, there are serious concerns with HR team starting from salary date to policy at every level. 2. Although there will be opportunity for changes, people here are conservative and have a lot of reservation while accepting any kind change. 3. Company culture is toxic in general with people speaking behind back and taking credit of work done by others. 4. Everyone will know the reason behind change but will not acknowledge. 5. There will be no support initially but as the project will grow people will come and act as internal client. Which means they will not give any support to you on client calls and will criticise you for things on which you have no control. 6. There is zero discussion among top management. 7.
