Nothing to like about this company.

Dislikes

Even though they have been established for many years, NOTHING is organized, zero infrastructure. Don't expect salary on time(10th); it's often delayed for weeks. They don't provide pay slips. The Global Head likes to micromanage everything and lacks interpersonal skills. Ironically, despite being a recruitment firm, they don't even have HR policy.

Work policy: Some work from office permanently, whereas some have opted for complete WFH and some have chosen hybrid model - 2/3 times a week. Basically, company is flexible as long as the goals are achieved. from office

Great Place for all to build a long term career especially fresher like me. I joined as an Executive HR, moved to Senior Executive HR then Associate Practice Lead and now Team Lead. Organization invests in our growth by way of process certification plus organization gives opportunities to be developed in new domain and also provides greater growth and value addition.

Company being ambitious and faster growing bit of multi tasking needed, otherwise all good to all.

Very good atmosphere to work. The management is so much supporting and encouraging.Office team are very much comfortable and cooperative. Actually i was a fresher, but they trained me well and followed me by giving proper instructions.

1. Organization gives opportunities for Carrier Break to focus on Family and then comeback to rebuild the Carrier again 2. Company recognize long term services by way of awards and foreign Trips 3. Great place to work as Company gives you training to be a Manager

As Company is growing faster there is a need for Multi Tasking, but great Company with for Carrier Growth. Nothing Serious Observed so far.

Nothing , It’s the worst consultancy anyone can work. The salary is never paid on time. There is no job security anyone can be kicked out anytime. There are no HR policies in-fact there is no HR.
