For any fresher candidate he can learn about various Pump as the company is based on stealing and copying technologies from others and thus deal with wide range of variety.

Dislikes

1. The company runs under single end command and that too is too much toggling on instructions, decisions and Planning things. 2. You have no liberty to take decisions but will be blamed always for not taking right decisions. 3. They will never appreciate any of your achievement but will make you count your every single fault may be1000 times to show that you are not performing. 4. The top Management shall deny about any information you shared or explained whenever the ball is in their court and will blame you for not doing the right thing right. 5. If you are planning to leave the company be sure to leave it with your last salary in hand as you gonna loose it otherwise. 6. The management will always pretend to be the best by showing the other companies down rather looking at their mismanagement. 7. If you are in service, you will find your management silent whenever you are facing any situation there and most of the times you may need to bear your own cost and later beg for the refund where they will invariably deduct some of the money. When you came back from site, you will be always blamed for the solution at site and they will make you pretend that you made a great loss to the company whereas any layman could have performed much better. 8. You should not make any commitment to any vendor or supplier even on words from your top management as the same will fail invariably at per the management will. 9. Work Details

Although the management was not that rude on language with me as they are with others, but they work too unsystematic and put the blame on me whereas it was their decision or their created situation that I was dealing with.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)
