Partiality within team with team members. 5. Bothering employees with different non written policies 6. HR will take the original document with them when offer letter released. 7. Antolin plants in different countries are getting closed 8. No job security you will be fired at any time. 9. 50,000/- will be taken as an medical policy and you will be able to take benifit of it as 3,00,000/- 10. Technical growth will be zero, there are all old technologies except 1,2 technologies 11. No any internal or external training facility. 12. Head of HR and HR team does the policy changes after joining 13. You will need to do the bond with Antolin. 14. With reason of cost cutting you will not get anything from organisation....Read More
