I liked the GRP work culture and work life balance they maintained for their employees.

Dislikes

i don't like the their work organization chart which they modified before few years that new organization chart would create so much confusion for the particular grade people they i can not understand either they are promoted or demoted or remain at same position. i raise this isssue to the top management but their justification cant satisfy my concern.

Good to learn about the production of rubber materials and the product life cycle development

Dislikes

Work culture is toxic, people don't respond to your queries always tries to have beef with you,. The promotions are not based on performance and managers make you feel guilty about leaving early.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3.
