Management is really approachable and they listen to the feedback. Work life balance is pretty sorted out and no work is there over the weekends

~ You will get to learn a lot about digital marketing, depending on which department you are in. ~ Company believes in promoting growth, and will push you to achieve your best ~ A lot of freedom in how you want to do the work, appreciates hard work

~ Working Hours are not fixed, usually it will extend beyond 10 hours everyday, and sometimes even later ~ High Pressure and Work Intensive Job ~ Compensation is average, and not par with the industry ~ Leaves are too less ~ Work is not structured ~ Pay cuts during Covid-19, the pay is still not compensated in salary even after one year</mark> ~ Way too much internal politics for a company with less than 100 employees...Read More
