The work environment and culture is very welcoming. As per my personal experience, the team mates of my team were very supportive and helpful. Work from home has been made easy with this company!

Job training was not done properly! The particular person assigned to train us was not at all helpful and they did not teach anything properly. The rest was all fine 😊

There is nothing to like in Growel. Bunch of useless people. Always busy in planning and plotting. They dont have any other work. No clients and no requirements. Operation manager donot know how to behave with girls. They have their self created policies. They treat employee as a Bond Labours. No motivation or incentive or any otherbenefits. HR are supportive but they dont have full authority. Tls are not capable of handling team. Retention is zero and attrition is 100% . Dont join this organisation at gunpoint also....Read More

Manager do not value the individualS strength .ill trearment to Recruiters. No motivation. No incentives, manager humiliate recruiters. Worst place to work.

Manager n team leads : managers n TLs doest have quaility to be a tl or manager. They are there just to dominate people. They are bussy just to prove how you are bad.. They ate there to wind up the organisaion. It my worst experience with growel.
