They only focus in work and it should be completed in the given time period.

Dislikes

Hike is less. Growth and promotion is not as per performance. Promotion will only be given to those who satisfy the personal need of the management apart from official. Performers are not well recognised . They don't try to convince the top performers if they resign. Job security is not there and people never follow hierarchy. FewTeam leaders and managers don't even know to communicate in English....Read More

My work was pretty good. Simple and accurate. Job pressure was less compare to other companies.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Seeking advice on current job

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
