Dear Shashi, Hope you are doing good, we would appreciate it if you also consider performance related discussions that we had in the last 6 months. On multiple occasions, we highlighted a need to improve on performance however, the casual approach towards work impacted the company's SEO targets. SEO performance after working for more than 15 months was very poor, 1.5k Organic Visits and instead of increasing it continuously dropped in the last 4 months, and SEO team committed that there are no actionable needs, unsure if that was intent or skill issue but somehow it didn't work. As suggested earlier too, I would request you to please work towards a brighter future for yourself and do result oriented tasks that help you gain success.
