Grohe as a brand is one of the best when it comes to product quality. It's a German brand now owned by a Japanese group LIXIL which also owns another brand called American Standard. The best thing about Grohe that it has a strong reputation wrt quality.

Dislikes

For a company that has existed in India for over a decade it still seems to lack the basic systems and processes. Besides the senior management is extremely weak and directionless. Work life balance is completely missing. As far as perks and benefits are concerned the organisation doesn't offer much. It doesn't even bear the cost ofrelocation and doesn't buy out notice period. However they will pressurize you to join at a very short notice....Read More

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion. I have actually made my decision, I will be joining ICS at technical lead - 37 LPA. They offered a sweet deal that is too good to resist.
