The guidance and flexibility offered is unique. They will tell you exactly what they need which makes completing the task much less difficult. Having interned for a month, I learnt a lot more than just designing. The company policies are also laid down explicitly which eliminates the possibility of any confusion later on.

I worked as a designing intern for 1 month. I worked on developing motion graphics on Adobe Premiere pro as well. Mostly I worked on designing professional power point presentations. However, my tasks were not limited to these.

The working environmental is really good, mentors are helpful and guide you at every step. Moreover you are given full freedom to explore and experiment and hence you get to learn a lot.

The company is very well structured and has a helpful and collaborative team as well as mentor. The work given was competitive enough to push ourself to do better and feedback was given on time. They understood interns problems and give flexible working hours. It is a great experience to learn from such experienced people.

I had a great experience working at Grivaa Capital. My supervisor Mr. Abhishek Aggarwal was very supportive and took weekly sessions to educate us about different trends. We had personal supervision and review of all of our work. The timings were flexible and it was a pressure free environment.
