I am an HR intern at GRIVAA Capital who also assists in Marketing and Operations. I work for employer branding, employee engagement, policy making, recruitment and social media marketing with the guidance from the reporting Manager.

Likes

Grivaa Capital is a great company, although quite new. They offer a lot of opportunity in the field that they specialize in. The colleagues and mentors offer great support too.

Dislikes

They are quite adamant and resistant to necessary change, especially in when it comes to their social media, and their visuals. This undermines their standard, and they have not tried to change this either. Moreover, they do set unrealistic deadlines. There is little to no respect for valuable opinion of interns, especially when it comes to the work. They have also been minimally understanding about circumstances or other disturbances in day-to-day life. Additionally, the stipend is quite low for most interns, and unpaid in my case....Read More
