Absolutely no flexibility in terms of shifts and certain policies which don't even morally apply to certain group of people. Poor working environment if you are a UK/US shift worker.

Big zero for management as they are pathetic. They will hire you as a QA & Support Engineer (30% support) but will end up giving you only support work. Experienced people, please stay away from this company. Cheap level of politics which managers are playing with junior QA engineer and favouritism is there while assigning tasks.
