Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Project leader to lead and oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple projects across the organization. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex projects, a deep understanding of project management methodologies, and excellent leadership skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement project management strategies and best practices to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
- Establish KPIs and metrics to monitor project progress and performance. Analyze data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and optimization opportunities.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define business strategies, project objectives, scope, and requirements. Manage multiple projects in parallel, ensuring effective communication of project status, risks, and challenges.
- Proactively manage stakeholder expectations, foster alignment, and address concerns to ensure strong collaboration and program support.
- Allocate resources across projects to balance workload, maximize efficiency, and ensure timely project delivery.
- Oversee all phases of project delivery, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Identify and mitigate project risks. Develop contingency plans and escalate critical issues to senior leadership when necessary.
- Drive process improvements within the business unit to streamline workflows, enhance efficiency, and optimize project delivery outcomes.
- Ensure adherence to organizational policies, conducting audits to assess project quality and compliance.
- Collaborate with external vendors and contractors, ensuring deliverables meet quality standards and contractual obligations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in business administration, project management, or a related field; Master s degree preferred.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) is highly desirable; exposure to the gaming industry is a plus.
- Minimum of 10 years of project management experience, with at least 3 years in senior leadership roles.
- Proven ability to lead and manage complex projects from initiation to closure.
- Strong leadership skills, with a demonstrated ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proficient in project management tools and software.
- Strong analytical, innovative thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Expertise in card games is an added advantage.
