Disgusting. You are hired for a different position and then aligned in another team &they kept giving assurance that I will enhance my skills and a lot of support will be provided. After a while when I asked no one is supporting my voice left unheard. When I reached to the senior management they gave me assurance that will be fixedby instead of fixing it put me in PIP. After asking why it is done they said my work is not upto the mark(in only 2 months when I was struggling to work because of them). I kept working and completing targets but one day after 2 months they told me I’ve to leave, when asked why they said we don’t feel things are going well and I will be terminated, so I asked them pay me the amount for 2 months which is required as you are removing me without any solid reason then the HR told me to submit resignation and experience letter will be provided. I left because I was tortured on daily basis & when I asked for the experience letter, they asked me for a certain amount to be paid for that. 1. Even the new management want their ass licked. 2. Managers and TL's are exact photocopy of shit. 3. If u r good at licking, Greystar is heaven for u. 4. This the first organization where senior management don't care about companies future. 5. To be very frank : People with self respect and integrity don't join. If licking is ur hobby, this company is for u.
