Wrt learning Greenway is best place where one can learn so many techs and services. Also permanent work from home is one of the thing that i should appreciate.

Dislikes

Dislike list something longer. No benefits. Deserving candidates only used to get lollipop. Wrt promotion and increments managers are horific, they dont promote important resources they only promote the persons who knows their limitations and technically blank, so that managers can save their jobs. Even when time comes for bonus andhikes their never ending list of company budgets comes under light. Even when some urgent requirement raises they dont hesitate to recruit and when their requirement get fulfilled they also dont hesitate to kick the resources out of the organization. Work life balance is also horific. When some requirement comes employee has to work long hours even in weekends without any extra compensation other than 1000 rs meal and 1 or 2 days of comp off....Read More
