I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. There's not much job security and also there's almost nil benefits. Hardly any team bonding activity. Also not much work life balance. Employees end up working close to 10-12 hours a day and no appreciation culture. All work no fun.
