It might be a small company but it always has projects in the pipeline to work on. Job Security is good and also the culture Greenwave believe is very good and encouraging.

Dislikes

Company is very good but the only thing I dislike was the balance in between personal life and job life. Needed to work out of the working hours almost days even after dedicatedly working in the working hour.

Nothing is likely in this organisation. But my colleagues are very friendly and helpful.

Dislikes

No time boundary.you have to work work work. And they didn't give extra money for that and they didn't tell anything about that before you joined. My work hour from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm. But I have to work from 10:00 to 7: 00 or 8:00 pm daily . It is very bad to work here they didn't care about you safety nor your health. Employees first[Last]😂.🙅
