Dislikes

Entire team changes with the arrival of new Country Head and people are at the mercy and personal like/dislike of the new boss. HR have no command over such situations/complaints from the team regarding the work environment created by the heads and Management is unaware about all This to take any action.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
