Company is very good.We are leader in mdf catagory.All senior Bosses were supportive,Specially our zm.mr. Ashutosh sir take care profesional as well as personal.

Marketing is very poor.Our marketing person mr.Arpen sinha was un professional an indiscipline.Marketing leaders should be take care about it.Nothing is happening in the market for products marketing.

Everything is fantastic, and we are doing great, got rewarded several times from Greenpanel, My boss Zonal Head Ashutosh singh, Guide us through everything and we learn alot from him that how to do additional business. Nothing I like in this organisation except on time salary. Worst working culture I have never seen in my professional experience. Too much politics. Unprofessional skilled people working in every department in upper level management.

Company good overall but only politics at my branch and every person bringing his own known person in the system if person is good its good ..but mostly dont want to work and play politics i was vitcim of the same ...so keft early as would have threat to my performace in future and job ...please stop taking people on pure refrence basis on high abd nedium level management in marketing and sales..company overall image is hampered ...people are bringing guys in sales at branch level post who were unable to clear green panel interview 1.5 to 2 years bsck even for ASM level such people will destroy the company sales in future...Read More
