No Micro Management. Flexible Work Timing.

Dislikes

Layoffs. Under Pay, Lack of guidance & support on projects, Not subject experts. No Support from Management, no work-life balance, A lot of follow-up for expense reimbursement takes a long time even 5+ months to credit. No Career growth. They mention appraisal in your CTC but they won't provide it. Need to do Casual labor work also.
