Lots of new learnings, everyday learning something new, Appreciation and upraisel for good work done. The company and colleagues never fail to amaze you as fas as you work good.

It's Not about any particular company but in Laminate industry the work life balance is hell. If a person in Laminate sales says his work-life balance is good either he is lying or is not working up to company's expectations.
