Flexible work time. Everyday special is celebrated especially Women's Day and the firm is female-orientated because the principal and founder of Pune Studio are fond of girls and like to go out with girls for meetings.

Dislikes

Pune and Mumbai studios are occupied with female candidates. Recruiter and HR Parul don't give salary slips to employees and don't have a sense of talking to employees and scolding them for no reason. She didn't know anything about Human resources policy and rules for a company. Project Managers don't know the landscape and don't know why they are still in the company. Worst Firm Ever!!!!!! a system engineer

New Job Anxiety?

Hey all I recently got an offer from a company as it offered me a 60-70 % hike over my current company which was about to secure a job. I am having 3 years of experience in SAP BW domain and mostly and in this I have worked for 1.6 years in BW support and that too in night shifts where there is not much work. I started preparing interviews and cleared them and now got an offer and I put my notice and my last working day was next week. Now coming to the main part even though I'm good about most part having less real time experience and exposure is freaking me out and what will be the new company expectations and I decided to work hard to learn all the details it's just the hands on I'm not sure. With in mean time I'll be preparing in that company I mean once I join should I need to tell my lead or manager that this is at where am I and should I just bluff them as i know everything. Any suggestions please...the joining date is around the corner which gives me more anxiety
