1. Their is no implementation of HR Policy. All the thing is control by one person that is Ashwani Kumar (Unit Head) 2. Other than Production & Marketing department, no value given to other dept work. 3. So much of politics and chatukarita. 4. Hike will not be based on your work, instead it will be based on your chatukarita and things other than your JDs ( Like if you found slept, found using mobile phone your all year works is zero). 5. By giving reason of Privacy, mobile phone is not allowed. And to whom it is allowed they are having two phones. 6. This organization is very good , work culture is good but I want to learn extra ordinary objects but growth is very slow. Company policies are good, appraisel are faire

There is a lot of politics and management dosenot adress our issue because we are supporting department, salary is decent but career growth is slow. Reporting manage is non technical so I can't gain knowelge technically and difficult to explain non technical repoties. It is not a core company basicaly environment Infrastructure.

Dislikes

No any appreciation, No any best policies for growth of employees, SOP for operation, planning and development are not applicable, no any team work. Few people are supportive at their end.
