Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?

Worst management, no support for new employees, few 2-3 people are running all management to much politics from the management itself. No proper management, no fullfillment of any comments, even that do not follow the labour law directions regarding bonus and other salary benefits. No Insurance from the company or medical benefits. Overall it's kind of lala shop.
