Greaves as a group is good. there is no coordination between the divisions every business heads take things in their own direction

greaves retail division is pathetic. led by a weak ceo [nj]. who has more experience in closing the businesses than running. he listens to everyone and does everything without using his brains. retail business - head of marketing [pb] cum business head is a buff00n. he himself doesn't know what he speaks. since two years he heads a business has collapsed miserably. every hour he makes atleast two contradicting statements no clarity. unfortunately he is the think tank of weak ceo! can you imagine a head of marketing he keeps roaming on the floor in the morning that company has lot of money lets spend it, and in the noon he says we dont have budget for this year, and this happens everyday ! since two years now the new ceo and mktng head have joined business has collapsed they still blame the old management for their incompetency....Read More
