One of my friend was working here. Manager was not even cooperative. Buddy assigned didn't even respond to the queries. And unnecessary expectations within 1 -2 months and lots of pressure to complete the targets. Old leads were given where 85 percent of the people don't even pick up the call. Poor work culture and team. Try to frame my friend that he isn't working well by cutting and taking clips of call from between and sending to audit team. Toxic work culture . And asking employees to leave just after 2 months of work. Team was not cooperative (TL, Manager and AGM). Would recommend not to join this company. There are not many things to like about Great Learning apart from a few colleagues who are genuine, empathetic and always encourage you to do better in life.

Work life balance is super bad as managers expect you to work like a silly animal on weekends, the tech team managers have 0 respect for their own team members. Salary and promotions are also equally bad. The CEO keeps on harping about how good his company is and how good is its culture. Perhaps it is a time for him to go look in the mirror and ask himself how honest are his managers actually being with him. Job security and work satisfaction are also bad as you are not allowed to voice your opinion. An argument with the manager is your ticket to getting into PIP.
