When i joined Great learning , it used to be really good but then 5 managers got exit without even notice period so within a time span of 1.5 year i worked with 5 managers for the most outdated program. And got an increment of 750 rupees in total from the day of joining and leaving the organisation.

I am writing this review to express extreme concerns and disappointment regarding Banhishikha Dey, HRBP. Who was removed from study abroad vertical to degree vertical. Her behaviour and decisions are shockingly unfair, unkind and unprofessional Specifically - - she consistently priortises senior managements interest over employees who are at LC level (Bani- The management centric HRBP) -Her communication style is repeatedly rude , dismissive and humiliating. - She will give you PIP or exit without even understanding your POV , recklessly disregarding employee concern, making unjust decisions. - Her inaction during gurgaon flood warning puts employee’s lives at risk showcasing her lack of concern for employee safety. 1) Work Culture very much toxic 2) Less salary 3) If you want to find worst TL come to great learning 4) Undesirable targets 5) Zero efforts in providing training and then they want to be the best employers 6) Clearly they have no knowledge how to manage there workforce 7) If you want have a happy life stay away from this place many more jobs available wait for few more weeks but get something better 8) They still think they are working in the Covid period and edtech product are still in very much demand. One of my friend was working here. Manager was not even cooperative. Buddy assigned didn't even respond to the queries. And unnecessary expectations within 1 -2 months and lots of pressure to complete the targets. Old leads were given where 85 percent of the people don't even pick up the call. Poor work culture and team. Try to frame my friend that he isn't working well by cutting and taking clips of call from between and sending to audit team. Toxic work culture . And asking employees to leave just after 2 months of work. Team was not cooperative (TL, Manager and AGM). Would recommend not to join this company. No chance of growth. Organisation requires you to sell programs for them which is not what program managers do. Not enough members to handle work. Disparity in pay scale of employees.

Seriously there’s nothing to like in this organisation I have wasted my 2 years here and one thing I learned how to deal with cheap mangers.

Everything actually Partial managers specially in Degree vertical Managers will ask you to brings something for them and personal favors. If you denied they will start misbehaving with you. Micro management is there. And lastly people who book managers here while performing in Covid they don’t know how ed tech works they think still covid is going on and things are as easy as it was in covid.

Work culture is good and as most of the people are young, so it is easier to talk to them and timings are flexible as well. Leas work load as well.

Dislikes

There is extremely less opportunity of growth and learning. Company is still a startup so job security is also not that great. Different teams keep on closing up which makes employees to either quit or join some different team.
