Lot of micro management, looks like they do not trust their employees. Even a single minute of the day, they have to fill timesheet. Developer cannot say no to documentation, even when project already in progress from last 2-3 years. Managers have the super power to do politics.

Company is excellent, but when your team is full of cheap politics and managers taking benefit of their positions to take revenge from his/her subordinates .. then company itself becomes poor. The managers are in so much power that no body can say anything to the. Even the HRs too. Company CEO already aware of this that some managers are showing wrong atitudes to their sub-ordinates and playing a key role in cheap politics, but they cant do anything wether their sub-ordinates giving resignations and leaving the company. This is strange that the management is compramising so many resignations for the sake of a single manager employee....Read More

Dot Net team is full of cheap politics and groupism. Manager themselves are playing a key role in this. They also dont have good projects. People wasting time in useless training sessions.

Rest everything about company is OK. Only one thing which bothers me is the cheap politics. Management also aware of this but cant do anything because some managers think that this is his/her home they can make rule break rule.
