Salary on time. this is the only benefit this company has salary on 31st of every month.

They have all the policies which can penalise the employee. No flexible timings if you don't punch at 9.00 am even at 9.01 it's a half-day. They have a sandwich leave policy regular one plus an advanced one suppose you go on leave on Monday and come back on the following Monday they will deduct your Sunday of last week. They deducted salaries of employees 30 % in Covid in a full day of working, in the case of WFH flat 20% deduction and there is an Excel sheet to fill each, and every minute of the work done. Management is buying luxury cars and doing FDS in banks parallel. You get 7.5 leaves every quarter. They say u will get alternate Saturdays off on the 1st and 3rd but the 5th is working. They have great travel policies if you travel and take ur own car, they will deduct your 100Kms money....Read More
