Colony security is prompt, gym facility is good club house is good. Extra curriculum are nicely executed.

Zero work life balance. Still following old work culture. Lots and lots of paper work. No innovative ideas are appreciated and followed. People at higher management are not ready to accept new people and new ideas. Lack of man power. Every Department is short staffed. Old plant so frequent breakdown causing urgency of material.
